Dr. Sigmund Eldevik brings over three decades of experience helping children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder thrive through evidence-based interventions. As a professor at Oslo Metropolitan University and clinical psychologist at the Center for Early Intervention in Oslo, he bridges the worlds of groundbreaking research and hands-on clinical practice.
Dr. Eldevik leads the Applied and Experimental Behavior Analysis in Clinical Practice research group at OsloMet, where he continues to advance our understanding of how early intervention can make a meaningful difference in children’s lives. Dr. Gina Green brings decades of pioneering work in behavior analytic interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, combining research excellence with practical clinical applications. As former Director of Research at the New England Center for Children, faculty member at multiple universities, and co-founder and CEO of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts, she has shaped how we understand and implement evidence-based interventions, the professional practice of ABA, and behavior analytic health care services.
Her influential work – including co-editing “Behavioral Intervention for Young Children with Autism” and co-authoring “Strategies and Tactics of Behavioral Research and Practice (4th ed.)” as well as the current health insurance billing codes for ABA services – has helped establish best practices in the field. Dr. Green’s contributions have earned numerous recognitions, including an honorary Doctor of Science degree from The Queen’s University of Belfast and the Autism Law Summit Sustained Outstanding Advocacy award.
Both speakers are Board Certified Behavior Analysts-Doctoral (BCBA-D) whose work has helped shape best practices in supporting individuals with autism and their families.
BLN is directed by Dr. Gregory M. Elsky, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT; CA), Licensed Behavior Analyst (OR) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctorate (BCBA-D). As an active member of the California ABA community, Dr. Elsky has served as a board member of the California Association for Applied Behavior Analysis (CalABA) and served as a Content Area Leader for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s (BACB) Practice Guidelines for Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Additionally, he has graduate level training in the administration and interpretation of a wide range of standardized psychological assessments as well as Behavioral Assessments, and as an adjunct faculty member, taught graduate level coursework in ABA.
